My well established client is looking for an administrator to be based at their facility in Leven.

Education/Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding and ability to use Microsoft office products i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook

Experience Type/Duration

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or MRP systems and experience of inventory control processes
  • Good knowledge of IT applications
  • Ability to share knowledge and techniques

Skills/Personal Requirements

  • Excellent level of communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Ability to develop sound professional relationships
  • Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to influence and advise up to senior manager level
  • Ability to analyse situations, select appropriate objectives, make decisions, construct plans and monitor their implementation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
