Group Facilities Co-ordinator

Salary - Up to £30,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits

Location - Edinburgh

Our client is the largest life and pensions company within the UK, they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Facilities Co-ordinator to join the team based in Edinburgh.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide an effective and efficient property portfolio management and administration service to the facilities team. You will agree and monitor the planned workload throughout the facilities department.

You will be managing the estate management redundant portfolio and operational supplier relationships, you will improve service levels and costs for the group whilst managing a number of key Group Facilities operational contracts implementing new initiatives/processes when possible.

You will be the Group Facilities business liaison within the office, you will be agreeing workload plans for the facilities team alongside the facilities manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is well organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills, also have knowledge/experience within facilities and contract management. You will have knowledge of environmental regulatory requirements and be methodical within your approach
