Account Manager - Employee Benefit Solutions.

Location: Home & Field based - covering Scotland

Basic Salary £35,000 to £40,000 + £12,000 uncapped commission + Car Allowance + Pension + Extensive Benefits.

The Role

Following structured training and induction you will work from home and be will be field based covering a geographical area taking in the major conurbations of Scotland

This is an established area and you will be responsible for the growth and retention of existing accounts across a variety of businesses sectors. Growth will be achieved through cross- selling and up selling.

You will manage your own diary and journey planning and will conduct face to face meetings with managers and directors ,typically from HR and Finance departments.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will benefit from on-going personal development and will be supported by a dedicated internal support, marketing and road shows as well as regular team meetings.

The Candidate

The successful candidatewill have gained previous sales account management experience in a business to business environment having successfully sold either products or services with an emphasis on cross -selling and up-selling.

Preference will be given to candidates from an employee benefits background, or have sold services to HR however, previous recruits have come from a variety of sales backgrounds in a business to business environment.
