Salary: £17,191 - £19,877 (Sessional 40 weeks)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled School Administrator to join our staff team to provide an effective support service within our busy and dynamic school.
The post holder will provide clerical and typing support including correspondence, reports and minutes. You will be responsible for general administration of school records, financial record keeping and office services including photocopying, reception duties and maintenance of the school filing systems.
You must have a sound background in office administration and financial record keeping, ideally gained within an educational setting. A working knowledge of SEEMiS, Oracle, ParentPay and Pebble would be desirable. A high standard of computing skills including a sound working knowledge of Word, Excel, Email and use of the Internet is essential, as is the ability to type with speed and accuracy. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents are vital.
