Pertemps Specialist Division are excited to be working alongside one of Edinburgh's most forward thinking, expansive and prestigious IFA firms, who are looking to add to their expanding team. Reporting directly to the operations manager, this initial 20 hour part-time administration role will be directly involved in providing exceptional service to the organisation's client base. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to progress into financial management in the future, with fantastic progression opportunities and career advancements.

This organisation provides to both private and corporate clients, specialising in financial planning and provide advise within on and off shore investments, retirment planning, mortgages, protection, tax and corporate finance. Due to their expanding client base, additional administration support is needed on an initial 20 hour part-time basis, with opportunity to progress into full time, and gain CII qualifications, alongside study support from their experienced team.

Whats Skills/Experience You Will Need:
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment (IFA, investments, pensions, assets, mortgages etc).
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills are essential.
  • Ambition to succeed, learn and grow.
  • Confident and able to take initiative.
  • Organised, with real passion for financial services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
