Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join one of our exclusive clients based in Livingston. This is a full time and permanent role which will give you the opportunity to join an expanding and successful company that will offer a career and not just a job!
The role will be providing administrative support in a busy multi utility office.
You will need to demonstrate you are a logical, organised and highly motivated person who will provide the day to day administration for an operations team.
You will be required to:
·Ensure information and support is provided to the Operations business when required
·Assist in the management of systems
·Updating spread sheets and trackers
·Using Excel on a daily basis
·Liaising with workforce out on the filed
·Ordering parts and materials for works to take place
·Carry out day to day administration of various work management systems
The ideal candidate should have:
·Good IT knowledge, be PC and systems literate, especially MS Word, Excel and Access
·The ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
·Excellent communication skills.
·The ability to plan and prioritise own workload
·An enthusiastic, flexible approach and a willingness to take on new challenges
·Technical background would be an advantage but not essential
