Customer Service Assistant
Uber Recruit are working on an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Assistant to work for our client who are an innovative brand.
This opportunity is initially for a 3 month fixed term contractsbased at our clients prestigious office in South Queensferry. The core hours will be 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, however some flexibility is required depending upon business requirements.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Customer Service and strive to deliver customer satisfaction.
The main focus of the Customer Service Assistant is to deliver world class customer service. You will possess relevant product knowledge and customer services processes; understanding the company’s customer service strategy.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Deal with escalated calls, queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved appropriately.
- Monitor and report status of orders, highlight any delays with regards to deliveries etc.
