HR Admin Assistant
Temporary HR Admin Assistant based in Newbridge (must have own transport)

You will be working for a well known organisation based in Newbridge in the west of Edinburgh.
Your new role
You will be working within the Human Resources department assisting with administrative support to the manager and wider team. Duties will include assisting with transactional services, contractual variations, processing payroll amendments, updating employee records, processing purchase orders and assisting with any queries to the HR department. You will also be responsible for providing support to the HR Management team with diary management, arranging meetings, distributing notes and agendas and organising travel arrangements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced administrator and have the the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workloads. You must also have knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Office. You must also have your own transport to be able to get to and from the office.
What you'll get in return
The rate of pay for this role is £11.50 per hour and offers the chance to work in a varied and fast paced role.
