Salary £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience plus bonus eligibility after 3 months
Dynamic and enthusiastic Head Chef required for bustling Ryan’s Bar located in the heart of Edinburgh.
This prestigious bar is a long established Edinburgh institution with a great casual dining offering and needs a strong chef to step in to really drive the business to maximum profitability. This is coupled with Usquabae; a premier whisky bar with a bespoke menu of fantastic Scottish fayre. This role is perfect for an established head chef who looking to elevate their career to the next level.
This is a challenging, high volume venue but support will be given by the company executive chef and full autonomy for menu development allows for a great creative opportunity.
