Connect Appointments Luxury Client is looking for an experienced and hands on F&B Manager to join its successful team at this stunning Scottish Cairngorms location.
The successful Food and Beverage Manager will be heading up venues unique diverse F&B operations, will need to be used to quality restaurant delivery, high levels of guest engagement, whilst managing a dedicated full time enthusiastic team and support their continued development needs.
Ideally as the Food and Beverage Manager you must possess a driven, positive, and out going personality to ensure that the team fit and guest experience is kept to the current high consistent memorable levels.
Key areas of responsibilities of Food and Beverage Manager are looking after all aspects of F&B functions of the Restaurant, Bar, and Conference facilities in the venue, you will be part of the strategic Duty Managerial Heads of Department Team that keep the services fresh and innovative.
Other areas of the remit will be to ensure that the Front of House teams maintain standards, training of staff, reviewing service offerings/Menus, and costs with other senior managers/ team. Inspecting and ensuring compliance with Health, and Food Safety. Stock Control and ordering of both fresh items and equipment to maintain operational levels. Part of the role will also include Guest Experience reviews and responses to ensure quality levels are maintained and that guests are retained and the resort builds on its luxury status.
As the Food and Beverage Manger you should have at least 3 to 5 years experience at 4/5 Star Hotel Level or quality lead High Street Restaurant level. Be Financially switched on, connected to guests, focused on quality delivery at all times, and possess excellent all round communication and people skills.
