Salary: £24,923 - £32,919 depending on skills and experience
Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week
Our Customer Liaison Officers within SSE Energy Solutions managed programmes, are involved in a lot more than what you'd find in a typical customer facing role. Sales reporting, updating compliance and assurance documents, representing SSE at events / shows and complaint handling are just some of the tasks you'd combine with customer facing duties, updating and managing customer data within project trackers and supporting other functions with updates and reports. The ultimate aim of the job is to ensure that all customers are engaged with the programme, aware of the customer journey, understand SSE's customer charter and ensure that all customer contracts have been generated, completed, signed, recorded and reported. You will also take ownership of weekly reporting and cross function support.
Your Skills and Experience
A proven track record of working with customers face to face and ideally working experience as a Customer Liaison Officer.
Knowledge of energy efficiency markets including solid wall insulation, central heating, loft and cavity wall insulation is essential and you'll ideally have previous experience working within ECO regulations and working on public sector contracts. Strong communication, analytical and IT skills are required to thrive in this role.
