Assisting the manager in the full operation of the store. This will include helping customers with enquiries, maintaining the shop floor, motivating and managing the team effectively.

As assistant store manager you will be responsible for acting as support to the team of sales advisors in the store. You will be required to get involved in all aspects of running the store, these include but are not limited to: Customer service, sales, rotas, opening and closing, KPIs, appraisals, ordering, stock management, shop floor cleaning, merchandising.
The successful candidate will have a strong personality that will motivate and manage the team in an effective way to ensure performances are maximised. Prior experience in a similar retail management role is essential as they will provide training on the product but you will need the management experience. A good eye for detail or a passion for design would be highly beneficial as you will need to be able to understand the process and market when speaking with customers.
