We currently have a vacancy for a Kitchen Manager.
Working with an established team in a multi-site operation, catering for students and staff, this new and exciting role includes being a hands-on chef as well as organising and leading the day-to-day operations of all food production and identifying new opportunities for business growth and development.
Duties will include being responsible for the operations of all our catering outlets, ensuring HACCP compliance, creation and costing of menus, managing all stock processes, assisting the Food and Beverage Manager regarding staffing, training and performance standards.
The ideal candidate will have suitable experience working as a chef in a supervisory or management capacity, with good technical skills, ability to oversee and develop teams along with excellent customer service and organisational skills and sound knowledge of hygiene regulations. Good business acumen and a strong commercial focus will also be advantageous.Relevant qualifications and the ability to manage and train others are essential.
