We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified HR Business Partner on a casual basis to support HR aspects of our current Workplace Transformation Programme (WTP) during busy periods. Hours would be mutually agreed in advance.
In this role you will provide support to the delivery of HR outcomes in relation to the Workplace Transformation Project which may include service reviews, restructure programmes, consultation exercises and the delivery of associated outcomes.
Where required you may also provide an effective and professional Human Resource provision for the organisation with local support including employee relations activities such as discipline, grievance, performance management, pay & reward and absence management.
You should be a professionally qualified HR Business Partner with proven experience of managing, influencing and advising senior managers on HR related issues and interventions. You should possess excellent consulting, influencing and communication skills and have a proven track record of delivering multiple significant and highly complex operational and people projects - in particular change programmes.
A well developed knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation and a proven track record of successfully managing HR case work is essential. Experience of working with employee representatives and Trade Unions is desirable.
A full clean driving licence is essential for this role as some travel to remote locations may occasionally be required.
