We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified HR Adviser on a casual basis to support HR aspects of our current Workplace Transformation Programme (WTP) during busy periods. Hours would be mutually agreed in advance.
In this role you will provide support to the delivery of HR outcomes in relation to the Workplace Transformation Project which may include providing advice, guidance and support during consultation and at meetings.
Where required you may also provide an effective and professional Human Resource provision for the organisation with local support including employee relations activities such as discipline, grievance, performance management, pay & reward and absence management.
You should be a professionally qualified (CIPD or equivalent) accomplished HR Adviser with excellent consulting, influencing and communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high quality outputs in HR related roles. You should have a well developed knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation related to the role and have a proven track record of successfully handling an HR case work portfolio. Experience of working with employee representatives and Trade Unions is desirable.
A full clean driving licence is essential for this role as some travel to remote locations may occasionally be required.
